Exchanges and returns must be initiated within 3 days of the purchase date listed on the front of the receipt. Modern-Vibes items sell quickly, so contact us as soon as possible to make exchanges. All clearance items purchased on modern-vibes.com are final sales and therefore order cancellation is not allowed.  

If you are attempting to exchange or return! Here are some things you need to know.  

  • Please save the invoice you received with your package. It’s your receipt in case you need to exchange/return your item(s)!
  • All packaged costumes purchased on modern-vibes.com are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned except for a valid reason like damaged items, wrong size, wrong color or wrong item sent.
  • Merchandise cannot be returned if washed or worn or it was damaged by the customer. Always send a picture for the proof of damaged items, or if there's an error on the color, or sizes.
  • Allow 3-7 days for processing exchanges and returns. This will take longer if the items are out of stock.
  • You’re responsible for selecting your preferred shipping carrier and method. We recommend using one that can be insured and tracked. The Shop For Less is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. 
  • DO NOT ACCEPT IF THE SEAL IS BROKEN!! =) Inform the delivery man immediately, take a picture and send it to us as soon as possible via messenger http://fb.com/Modern-Vibes

How to exchange something

  • Contact Customer Service at support@modern-vibes.com to process your exchange.
  • Return your item(s) by contacting customer support through facebook messenger http://fb.com/Modern-Vibes
  • Pack your return securely in the original package if possible. Do not tear off the bottom of the invoice. We need the entire invoice to identify the order.
  • You’re responsible for selecting your preferred shipping carrier and method. We recommend using one that can be insured and tracked. The The Shop For Less is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • You will not be reimbursed for your original or return postage.
  • You will not receive a refund for your return until we receive your returned item, but you will be responsible for the shipping fee. Refunds amount is 75% of the original amount because of the order processing fees.
  • If you request for upgrade shipping you will be responsible for the fees.

If you’re unable to return your item(s) at Modern-Vibes, you can easily use our self-service return process. Here’s what you need to know:

 

We'll process your credit as soon as we receive your returned merchandise in our warehouse.

Typically, the purchase amount will be restored to your credit card in 1 to 7 business days, depending on your financial institution’s policy regarding credits. 

 

Valid Reasons for returns and exchange

Wrong Size, wrong color, wrong item, for replacement

Broken seal, damage item upon delivery, for replacement

Damaged item after 24 hours or 3 days under warranty, for replacement
